These Terms & Conditions govern bookings with PHIPHI YVONNE. By scheduling services, the client agrees to the following:
OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS - WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit / retaining fee is required for all bookings.

Remaining balances are due on or before the date of service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Rescheduling requires a minimum of [X days/weeks] notice and is subject to availability.

No-shows forfeit their deposit and may be denied future bookings.

Travel & Destination Services

Clients are responsible for all travel-related expenses, including but not limited to airfare, accommodations, and ground transportation.

Additional charges may apply for early call times, late-night bookings, or extended travel.

Clients are responsible for accommodations for early call times 7am or earlier

Service Minimums

Bridal bookings require a minimum service commitment (bride + [X services]).

For large parties, assistant artists may be arranged at additional cost.

Client Responsibilities
-
Clients must arrive prepared as instructed (clean face, dry hair).

Any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities must be disclosed in advance.

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions may compromise health or safety.

Liability

We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from disclosed or undisclosed conditions, allergies, or sensitivities.

Once services are completed and approved by the client, we are not responsible for results impacted by external factors (weather, activity, natural wear).

Media Use
-
With written or verbal consent, photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolio). Clients may opt out in writing.

Acceptance

By booking services, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
